1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by RactStudio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our services.
2. Provision of Services
RactStudio provides custom software development, engineering, and consulting services. The specific scope, timelines, and deliverables for any project will be governed by a separate Service Agreement or Statement of Work (SOW).
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in a separate written agreement, RactStudio retains all rights to its proprietary tools, frameworks, and background technology. Ownership of custom deliverables will be transferred to the client upon full payment of all fees.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RactStudio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
